Little Downderry offers 2 rooms; 1 Double room with private bathroom and 1 Twin en suite room. The Twin en suite ground floor room has an adjoining lounge area. Littel Downderry is a rural farmhouse, just a few miles west of St Austell, midway between Heligan and Eden with easy access to both north & south coasts. Quiet, relaxing location.

The Twin accommodation comprises a lounge area with colour television. An archway leads through to the Twin en suite bedroom. There is both separate shower and bath. An additional bed is available for use in the bedroom or the lounge area, by arrangement. The accommodation is self-contained with its own access and our guests are free to come and go as they please. It is suitable for people wirth reduced mobility, please enquire.

The Double room, on the 1st floor, has a washbasin in the room and access to its own private bathroom. The room has a double aspect, with windows overlooking the garden to south and west.

Breakfast is taken in the farmhouse's dining room.
