Polkerris and Porthpean apartments are situated on the fringe of St Austell with spectacular views over St Austell Bay and are only a few minutes from the world famous Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan. Set within secure grounds the apartments are fitted to the highest standards throughout to make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.

Both apartments have two double bedded rooms a family bathroom and a master ensuite as well as a lounge, kitchen and dining area. Equipped with state of the art underfloor heating, fully fitted kitchen with all the modern equipment one would expect from a luxury apartment, such as a double fan oven, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, microwave and steamer. In the lounge there is a TV/DVD and CD player.

Guests are provided with complimentary wine, tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Towels and bed linen are provided as well as complimentary toiletries.

Porthpean apartment is on the Ground Floor and has easy access.

There is ample reserved private parking in addition to guest parking spaces. The acommodation can be booked for any length of time so if you only wish to have a couple of days in this spectacular part of the country it's no problem, but we would love you to stay longer!

St Austell is an old market town, just a few miles from the coast. It is one of Cornwall's largest towns and was an important mining town for centuries. One of the main attractions of St Austell is the Eden Project, which is only 2 miles away. The coast at St Austell is at times referred to as the Cornish Riviera. You are also only 15 minutes from the Lost Gardens of Heligan which provide a wonderful trip back in time. There is no shortage of beaches, whether it be golden sand or pebbles.

Lost Gardens of Heligan (8 mi)
The Lost Gardens of Heliganare one of the most popular botanical gardens in the UK. The style of the gardens is typical of the nineteenth century Gardenesque style, with areas of different character and in different design styles. The gardens were created by members of the Cornish Tremayne family, over a period from the mid 18th century up to the beginning of the 20th century, and still form part of the family's estate. The gardens were neglected after the Great War but were recently restored.
Charlestown Harbour (2 mi)
Charlestown is a picturesque harbour which houses a number of traditional square sail ships. Often used as a film location Charlestown has a number of quality pubs and restaurants as well as the shipwreck museum. Perfect for an evening stroll.
